By accessing and using n8n Builder, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Users who do not agree with these terms should discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and API keys. Any activities occurring under a user's account are the sole responsibility of the account holder. Users must notify the platform administrators immediately of any unauthorized account access.
n8n Builder uses AI to generate workflow configurations. Users are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated workflows before deployment. The platform is not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated content.
Users are responsible for the security and configuration of their n8n instances. The platform provides deployment functionality but does not guarantee the security or functionality of deployed workflows.
n8n Builder provides content "as is" without any warranties. The platform owners shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from user interactions with the platform or deployed workflows.
Users must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines for AI providers and n8n instances. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.
User data, including workflow configurations and API keys, are stored securely. The platform does not access or store the content of user workflows beyond what is necessary for functionality.
The platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of n8n Builder after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
The platform may terminate or suspend user access without prior notice for violations of these terms, excessive usage, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the administration.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where n8n Builder is primarily operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
